Our sales and the provision of digital content as well as physical goods are carried out via external platforms. When you visit our profiles on these platforms, subscribe, or purchase goods, your data (e.g., name, delivery address, e-mail address, payment data, IP address) will be processed by the respective platform operators.

In the context of registrations and subscriptions on the platform Whop, we also request specific additional data required for the provision of the service or license management (e.g., your Discord username or information about your commercial business). This data is collected by us and stored for the entire continuous duration of your subscription or active license in order to properly fulfill the contract and manage access to our digital content (e.g., Discord roles, file downloads).

We generally only receive data from the platforms that is strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.
